Trong windows th� t�i kho?n qu?n tr? c?a ch�ng ta l� Administrator nhung tr�n h? di?u h�nh Linux th� t�i kho?n qu?n tr? c?a m�nh l� root, nhung khi qu�n t�i kho?n root th� l�m sao ch�ng ta c� th? l?y l?i du?c.,
Sau d�y t�i xin hu?ng d?n c�ch g? b? password root v?i m?t password m?i. (t�i demo tr�n CentOS)
Restart l?i HDH

Khi boot loader menu xu?t hi?n, nh?n m?t ph�m b?t k� menu ch?n HDH s? xu?t hi?n.

Nh?n Enter d? quay l?i menu ch?n HDH v� nh?n �b� d? reboot l?i HDH, d?i qu� tr�nh boot ho�n t?t, ch�ng ta s? th?y d?u nh?c sh-2.05# xu?t hi?n, l�c n�y ch�ng ta dang ? trong ch? d? single mode (Runlevel 1). => �?i password root:
sh-2.05# passwd root
Nh?p password m?i, nh?p confirm password m?i
Sau khi change xong password => reboot l?i HDH
sh-2.05#init 6
